Resumen de Tecnología blockchain y criptomonedas: luces y sombras

A comienzos del siglo XXI ha surgido una nueva técnica informática capaz de aplicarse a todas las actividades humanas, aunque, de manera preferente a la celebración de acuerdos y la ejecución de relaciones económicas entre los sujetos que conforman nuestra sociedad avanzada. Esta nueva forma de operar es conocida como tecnología blockchain, la cual ha ido desarrollando a su vez, una serie de instrumentos adicionales que permiten complementarla, como monedas digitales, monederos virtuales, centros específicos de contratación, fichas o signos específicos informáticos, contratos inteligentes, etc. Pues bien, el presente trabajo tiene por objeto divulgar y, consecuentemente, hacer accesible al gran público esta nueva tecnología con objeto de que sea comprensible por un número importante de personas. No es un trabajo de investigación en sentido estricto. Las siguientes páginas tienen, como objeto principal, ofrecer, de la forma más didáctica posible esta nueva forma informática de relacionarnos. En este sentido, hay que abandonar la idea de que solo son capaces de manejarla con soltura las personas con fuertes conocimientos informáticos. No se trata tanto de conocer, en profundidad, el software informático que conlleva la tecnología blockchain sino, más bien, que podemos hacer con ellas y en que podemos aprovecharla para nuestros específicos.

At the beginning of the 21st century, a new information technology has emerged, capable of being applied to all human activities, although preferably to the conclusion of agreements and the execution of economic relations between the subjects that make up our advanced society. this new way of operating is known as blochain technology, which in turn has been developing a series of additional instruments that complement it, such as digital currencies, virtual wallets, specific contracting centers, tokens or specific computer signs, smart contracts, etc. the purpose of this paper is to disseminate and, consequently, to make this new technology accessible to the general public so that it can be understood by a significant number of people. it is not a research work in the strict sense of the word. the main purpose of the following pages is to offer, in the most didactic way possible, this new computerized way of relating to each other. in this sense, it is necessary to give up the idea that only people with strong computer skills are able to handle it with ease. it is not so much a question of knowing, in depth, the computer software involved in blockchain technology but, rather, what we can do with it and how we can take advantage of it for our specific needs.
