Resiliencia docente en la optimización de la gestión pedagógica

    Se presenta como objetivo general en la presente investigación, realizar un análisis sobre los docentes resilientes para mejorar la gestión pedagógica en la EBR del distrito de Castilla Ugel - Piura en 2022. El trabajo investigativo se recorrió a partir del enfoque cuantitativo, una investigación de tipo proyectivo que consiste en buscar soluciones a la situación problema. Así mismo, el diseño de investigación no experimental, por la inexistente manipulación intencionada de variable independiente, se centra en situaciones ya realizadas y existentes donde el investigador no tuvo participación, ni tuvo nada que ver en ello. Se consideró una población de 208 maestros y una muestra de 199 de Instituciones educativas del sector sur del distrito de Castilla. Se utilizó la encuesta, asimismo, estos instrumentos tuvieron la validez de contenido a través de juicios de expertos y validez de constructo. Se concluye, en la necesidad de realizar una Propuesta de docentes resilientes.

    The general objective of this research is to carry out an analysis on resilient teachers to improve pedagogical management in the EBR of the district of Castilla Ugel - Piura in 2022. The investigative work was carried out from the quantitative approach, an investigation of the type projective that consists of seeking solutions to the problem situation. Likewise, the non-experimental research design, due to the non-existent intentional manipulation of the independent variable, focuses on already carried out and existing situations where the researcher had no participation, nor had anything to do with it. A population of 208 teachers and a sample of 199 from educational institutions in the southern sector of the district of Castilla were considered. The survey was used, likewise, these instruments had content validity through expert judgments and construct validity. It is concluded, in the need to make a Proposal for resilient teachers.
