Causas y consecuencias de lesiones frecuentes en la práctica deportiva en superficies sintéticas

    El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar las causas y consecuencias de lesiones frecuentes en la práctica deportiva en superficies sintéticas. En este trabajo se implementó el método de revisión sistemática PRISMA. Los resultados destacan que para estas bases de datos se identificaron la cantidad de 295 artículos, de los cuales se cribaron 31 y finalmente se seleccionaron 7 para ser revisados sistemáticamente y presentados en la síntesis. Se concluye que las causas de las lesiones deportivas en superficies sintéticas están vinculadas a la fricción de los jugadores con las superficies, a las condiciones del diseño de la superficie y a la conformación de los materiales, a la falta de mantenimiento y otros como el tipo de zapatillas empleadas, la práctica deportiva excesiva, tropiezos y atrapamientos y los que involucran la interacción del jugador con la carga o energía hacia la superficie.

    The objective of this research was to analyze the causes and consequences of frequent injuries in sports practice on synthetic surfaces. In this work, the PRISMA systematic review method was implemented. The results highlight that 295 articles were identified for these databases, of which 31 were screened and finally 7 were selected to be systematically reviewed and presented in the synthesis. It is concluded that the causes of sports injuries on synthetic surfaces are linked to the friction of the players with the surfaces, to the conditions of the design of the surface and the conformation of the materials, to the lack of maintenance and others such as the type of shoes used, excessive sports practice, tripping and entrapment and those that involve the interaction of the player with the load or energy towards the surface.
