    Durant les dues últimes dècades, l’IES Sixto Marco ha experimentat –i ha consolidat– diversos projectes per tal d’atendre l’alumnat amb diverses necessitats d’aprenentatge: PASE, PROA, Compensatòria, PMAR, PR4, Programa de qualificació professional inicial amb alumnat amb NEE, etc. El curs 2008-2009, a l’empara de la Resolució de 21 d’octubre de 2008, de la Conselleria d’Educació, el centre implantà l’atenció a l’alumnat amb alt rendiment acadèmic; es tracta d’un programa experimental i d’innovació educativa per a l’enriquiment curricular per a aquest alumnat. El projecte es va començar a aplicar a 4t d’ESO i, a partir del curs 2010-2011, s’amplià a 3r d’ESO. L’alt grau d’implicació tant de l’alumnat com del professorat i les famílies ha permés treballar d’una altra manera molts continguts del currículum, afegir-ne de nous, i que el professorat assolisca una experiència, en molts casos, vàlida per a la resta d’alumnat de centre. En aquest article explicarem antecedents, metodologia, avaluació i, així mateix, presentarem alguns dels treballs i projectes que han realitzat els alumnes i les seues experiències posteriors.

    Over the last two decades, Sixto Marco Secondary School has experimented and consolidated several projects to assist students with different learning difficulties: PASE, PROA, Compensatory, PMAR, PR4, Initial Professional Qualification Programme for students with SNE, etc. In the 2008-2009 academic year, under the auspices of the Resolution of 21 October 2008 of the Regional Ministry of Education, the centre implemented the attention to students with high academic performance; this is an experimental and innovative educational programme for the enrichment of the curriculum for these students.

    The project began to be applied to 4th of ESO and, from the 2010-2011 academic year, it was extended to 3rd of ESO. The high degree of involvement of students, teachers and families has made it possible to work in a different way on many curricular contents and to achieve an experience that, in many cases, is valid for the rest of the students at the school. In this article we will explain the background, methodology, evaluation of the project. We will also present some of the work and projects carried out by the pupils and their subsequent experiences.
