    En el presenta trabajo se analizan causas de abstención y recusación en un procedimiento administrativo en cuanto actuaciones que afectan a quienes tramiten los expedientes y que les obligan a dejarlo por tener determinados intereses en los mismos que pueda afectar su imparcialidad, objetividad y en último lugar, su posible sometimiento a la ley. También se apuntarán circunstancias parecidas en cuanto existe interés particular en algunos de los intervinientes en el caso, aunque no sean exactamente causas de abstención, como son los motivos de incompatibilidad que serán referidas en el trabajo.

    In the present work, causes of abstention and recusal in an administrative procedure are analyzed as actions that affect those who process the files and that force them to leave it because they have certain interests in them that may affect their impartiality, objectivity and lastly, its possible submission to the law. Similar circumstances will also be noted insofar as there is a particular interest in some of the intervening parties in the case, although they are not exactly reasons for abstention, such as the reasons for incompatibility that will be referred to in the work.
