The financial plan, the business plan and the pitch deck are the key to attracting the attention of investors. It is also necessary to define the amount of the round and to justify it. In the following phases, it is necessary to analyse carefully the term sheet and the agreement of partners. All of these steps lead to changes in the company, which must be taken care for future rounds.
