In light of the most recent judgments of the Constitutional Court on life imprisonment (sent. n. 253 and 263/2019 and ord. n. 97/2021) and reconstructing the previous judgments in the field of young offenders execution, the Autor analyses the possible interpretative and systematic effects which may involve the juvenile penal system as a whole.

Alla luce delle più recenti pronunce della Corte costituzionale sull'ergastolo ostativo (sent. n. 253 e 263/2019 e ord. n. 97/2021) e ricostruendo i precedenti in materia di esecuzione minorile, l'A. analizza i possibili riflessi interpretativi e sistematici che possono coinvolgere il sistema penale minorile nel suo complesso.
