  En las actuales circunstancias socio-políticas y económicas del país, hay un gran debate sobre la posibilidad de que la asamblea nacional posibilite la creación de la Ley Orgánica de comunicación, instrumento jurídico que en su proyecto ha recibido un amplio rechazo de algunos medios de comunicación social y de actores políticos de oposición al gobierno nacional. Creemos firmemente en la necesidad de que el país cuente con una ley de comunicación verdaderamente democrática elaborada y construida por todos los actores sociales y que represente un instrumento Expedito para regular y señalar Los altos objetivos de periodismo nacional y de la ciencia comunicación social como está concebido actualmente el proyecto con planes técnicos errores e imprecisiones es importante mejorarlo para que quede nítida su concordancia y apego a la Constitución de Montecristo 2008 que manda a crear esta Ley. Nos parece, en lo fundamental, si se corregían sus errores, viable, toda vez que guarda armonía en los principales instrumentos internacionales en el Ecuador y El significativo por tanto no se ha comprometido respetar y acatar

  With this summary it is tried to interest the reader so that it wishes to increase in practical knowledge and to impel it to look for more information with the purpose of to deepen in the definitions and set out criterio, also, to stimulate it to spread the urgent necessity to fortify the theoretical base, in particular, of the Continuous Mechanics between the students of Prograde.
