El rol de hombre instituido genera grandes costos a la salud tanto del hombre como de aquellos que le acompañan en los grupos donde este se inserta. Uno de esos espacios lo constituye el educativo, sobre todo si se trata de profesores de ajedrez. De ahí, que sea el objetivo: evaluar la aplicación del grupo de reflexión a través de técnicas y recursos de intervención para favorecer la capacidad instituyente del rol de hombre instituido hegemónico no saludable en profesores de ajedrez de la Universidad de Granma que hacen uso del tablets electrónico en sus clases. En ese sentido la metodología posee un estilo de investigación cualitativa y los métodos filosóficos: dialéctico, hermenéutico y fenomenológico para dilucidar, entender el objeto de investigación. Por consiguiente, los resultados muestran pretensiones de cambio, y concientización de las contradicciones que partieron de la crítica a la vida cotidiana, los enraizamientos tradicionales en la subjetividad, que limitan el ejercicio sano del rol de hombre desde la función docente en el uso del tablets electrónico. Los especialistas legalizaron la importancia y actualidad del tema que se intervino. Incitaron a realizar la evaluación de cada una de las sesiones de trabajo grupal desde los indicadores del cono invertido de Pichón Rivière y generalizar la propuesta de intervención con profesores de otros deportes. La evaluación evidenció la necesidad de generalizar y mejorar la propuesta de intervención en función de cada Grupo de reflexión y la situación concreta de la actividad físico deportivo de que se trate.

The role of institutionalized man generates great costs to the health of both, man and those who accompany him in the groups where he is inserted. One of these spaces is the educative, especially if it is chess teachers. With the result that, it is the objective to evaluate the application of the reflection group through intervention techniques and resources to favor the instituting capacity of the unhealthy hegemonic instituted man role in chess teachers of the University of Granma that make use of the electronic tablet in their classes. In that sense, the methodology possesses a qualitative research style, and the philosophical methods: dialectical, hermeneutic and phenomenological to elucidate, understand the object of investigation. Consequently, the results show pretensions of change, and awareness of the contradictions that started from the criticism of everyday life, the traditional rooting in subjectivity, which limit the full and healthy exercise of the role of man from the teaching function in the use of the electronic tablet. The specialists legalized the importance and topicality of the topic that was intervened. They encouraged to make the evaluation of each of the group work sessions from the indicators of the inverted cone theory of Pichón Rivière and to generalize the intervention proposal with teachers from other sports. The evaluation evidenced the necessity to generalize and improve the intervention proposal according to each reflection group and the specific situation of the sport physical activity in question.
