    La presente investigación, entrega un artículo profesional de Alto Nivel, de contenido bibliográfico que se desarrolló con los métodos deductivo, sintético, analítico y comparativo, bajo el enfoque de Benjamín Bloom, es decir, no solo cuenta la historia, sino aplica los métodos señalados, entre los autores principales están Nassir Sapag, Reinaldo Sapag, Gabriel Baca Urbina, Janneth Vinán, Jennyfer Arroyo, Cliffor Gray y Erick Larson, su cuyo aporte permite fundamentar el modelo de control, monitoreo y control de proyectos de inversión para las instituciones de educación superior manabitas. Se realizó una matriz con información y luego un parafraseo en un segundo momento con cada uno de los temas, así como estudios de casos que hayan tenido fracaso por no tener la aplicación de un modelo. Se desarrollan varios instrumentos pedagógicos deductivos, que permitan al lector comprender estos modelos de control, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos de inversión mediante ejercicios prácticos, mapas conceptuales, diagramas, formularios, formatos, esquemas, entre otros.

    This research provides a high-level professional article, with bibliographic content that was developed with deductive, synthetic, analytical and comparative methods, under the approach of Benjamin Bloom, that is, it not only tells the story, but also applies the indicated methods Among the main authors are Nassir Sapag, Reinaldo Sapag, Gabriel Baca Urbina, Janneth Vinán, Jennyfer Arroyo, Cliffor Gray and Erick Larson, whose contribution allows to base the model of control, monitoring and control of investment projects for educational institutions upper manabitas. A matrix was made with information and then a paraphrasing in a second moment with each of the topics, as well as case studies that had failed due to not having the application of a model. Several deductive pedagogical instruments are developed, which allow the reader to understand these models of control, monitoring and evaluation of investment projects through practical exercises, concept maps, diagrams, forms, formats, diagrams, among others.
