    La delicada situación que está atravesando la legislación civil estatal, muy desatendida por quienes tienen la capacidad de ponerla al día y de cuidar su coherencia y su modernización, lleva a la autora a hacer una llamada de atención sobre la necesidad de cambiar el rumbo, dando al Derecho civil la importancia que merece.

    The delicate situation that state civil legislation is going through, largely neglected by those who have the capacity to update it and ensure its coherence and modernisation, leads the author to call attention to the need to change this situation, giving civil law the importance it deserves.
