La educación con los más pequeños requiere formar grandes líderes, y uno con mejor liderazgo que otro, pero reflexionemos en la enseñanza que nos dejan los niños en torno al verdadero liderazgo. En el rol de investigadores y docentes interesados en la educación inicial es importante compartir la reflexión a partir de la experiencia de observar cómo se construye el carácter de un líder. Gardner y Laskin (1998) consideran que la mente líder en los niños y niñas se desarrolla por la inteligencia personal que desenvuelven los infantes a través de la habilidad para llegar a otros y afectarlos. Esto va acompañado de un alto grado de inteligencia lingüística que conforma una mente líder en los más pequeños, la cual combina a la comunicación y acciones personales que atrae a los seguidores. Esto se desarrolla por la naturaleza del niño al actuar, pensar y sentir desde su proceso, al organizar, guiar, inventar, proponer, crear y todo esto se observa en la dinámica natural del juego. El niño líder motiva y provoca esa interacción en los demás infantes.

Education in the youngest requires forming great educational leaders, and one with better leadership than another, but let us reflect on the teaching that children leave us around true leadership. In the role of researchers and teachers interested in early education it is interesting to share the reflection from the experience of observing how a character of leader is built. Gardner and Laskin (1998) consider that the leading mind in children is developed by the personal intelligence that infants develop through the ability to reach others and affect them. That is accompanied by a high degree of linguistic intelligence that makes up a leader mind in the youngest, which combines communication and personal actions that attracts followers (other boys or girls). This is developed by the nature of the child to act, think and feel from the process, to organize, guide, invent, propose, create and this is observed in the natural dynamics of play that a child leader causes in other children.
