Resumen de Acercamiento Teórico-Experiencial de la Transcomplejidad y las Emociones en la Educación Universitaria

  La transcomplejidad debe ser un elemento emergente de la gestión académica en las universidades y un constructo vivencial implícito en la comprensión de este sistema educativo. Las experiencias en este artículo resultan de la revisión de documentos, acudiendo a la cotidianidad desde la inclusión de la inteligencia emocional en el análisis recursivo de la gerencia universitaria. Se evidencia en el artículo, un paseo por los siete saberes necesarios de la educación del futuro de Morín (2000), así como, los aportes hechos por teóricos interesados en este tema. Del mismo modo, se hace un acercamiento a la naturaleza de las emociones en los postulados de Daniel Goleman (1997). La metodología utilizada fue la revisión documental especializada la cual permitió hacer un recorrido por los teóricos que hacen aporte a los temas de transcomplejidad e inteligencia emocional que pudo ser traspalado de forma análoga a la organización universitaria.

  Transcomplexity must be an emerging element of academic management in universities and an experiential construct implicit in the understanding of this educational system. The experiences in this article result from the review of documents, turning to everyday life from the inclusion of emotional intelligence in the recursive analysis of university management. It is evidenced in the article, a walk through the seven necessary knowledge of the education of the future of Morín (2000), as well as, the contributions made by theorists interested in this topic. Similarly, an approach is made to the nature of emotions in the postulates of Daniel Goleman (1997). The methodology used was the specialized documentary review which allowed a tour of the theorists who contribute to the issues of transcomplexity and emotional intelligence that could be similarly transposed to the university organization.
