    Este artículo analiza la propuesta político-social del jurista francés León Duguit, en el tiempo histórico presidido por el debate sobre el corporativismocomo posible y polémica forma de Estado social en la Europa de la primeramitad del siglo XX. El trabajo comienza con el análisis doctrinal de estetiempo, continua con una reconstrucción documental de las tesis de Duguit, y concluye con una interpretación sobre la persistencia y mutación de las formas corporativas y tecnocráticas en la escena política del siglo XXI.

    This article examines the socio-political proposal of the french jurist LeonDuguit, in a historical time chaired by the debate over corporatism as pos-sible and controversial form of welfare state in Europe, in the first half of thetwentieth century. The work begins with doctrinal analysis of this time, con-tinues with a documentary reconstruction of Duguit theses, and concludeswith an interpretation of the persistence and mutation of corporate and tech-nocratic forms in the twenty-first century political scene.
