Notas sobre la progresiva legitimación de los “sindicatos industriales” en España entre los siglos XIX y XX

    Este artículo investiga las reacciones de la ciencia jurídica española ante el avance de los procesos de sindicalización del mercado entre los siglos XIX y XX, reconstruyendo el abandono de la tradicional hostilidad hacia las antiguas coaliciones comerciales y la afirmación de una progresiva cultura de la tolerancia para los sindicatos industriales (trusts y cárteles). El discurso jurídico contribuirá a la legitimación del movimiento sindical-industrial, facilitando la adopción por parte de las instituciones políticas de medidas normativas en sectores industria- les específicos. Dichas medidas estaban marcadas por la voluntad de llegar a un pleno reconocimiento jurídico de los sindicatos industriales.

    This article investigates the reactions of Spanish legal science to the pro- gress of syndication market process between the Nineteenth and Twentieth Cen- turies, reconstructing the abandonment of the traditional hostility towards the old trade coalitions and the affirmation of a progressive culture of tolerance for in- dustrial syndicates (trusts and cartels). The legal discourse will contribute to the legitimization of the syndication industrial movement, facilitating the adoption of regulatory measures in specific industrial sectors by political institutions. The aim is to give full legal recognition to this movement.
