El presente artículo pretende dar testimonio de la evolución de dos grupos psicoterapéuticos y un grupo psicoeducativo que ofrecen atención clínica a familiares de personas que sufren de un trastorno mental severo durante marzo 2020 (momento en que se declaró el estado de alarma en España) hasta la actualidad. Se proporciona información de carácter organizativo y también, y no menos importante, aspectos emocionales y cualitativos acerca de cómo pasamos por los peores momentos de la pandemia.

The present article aims to testify the evolution of two psychotherapeutic groups and another psychoeducative group that offer clinical attention to relatives of people that suffer from a severe mental illness during march 2020 (the moment when the state of emergency started in Spain) until now. Some organizational data is offered and also, and not less important, emotional and qualitative data about how we lived through the worst moments of the pandemia.
