Resumen de Oitivas e interrogatórios baseados em evidências: considerações sobre entrevista investigativa aplicado na investigação criminal

  Police officers interview victims, witnesses and suspects to obtain information, and the quality and quantity of this information are directly related to the techniques used. An interview with inappropriate techniques tends to generate little accurate information, impairing the investigative process and the justice system. An interview with appropriate techniques, however, can result in more reliable information, preserving the rights of interviewees. In this paper we present investigative interview techniques and their importance for obtaining reliable information from witnesses, victims, and suspects. Then, we present the example of how this change was made in the United Kingdom, demonstrating how the dialogue between researchers and law enforcement can assist in the process of training implementation and evaluation.

  Policiais realizam entrevistas com vítimas, testemunhas, e suspeitos para obter informações, sendo a acurácia e a quantidade destas informações diretamente relacionadas às técnicas de entrevista utilizadas. Uma entrevista com técnicas inadequadas tende a gerar poucas informações e potencialmente imprecisas, prejudicando o processo investigativo e o sistema de justiça. Já uma entrevista com técnicas adequadas é capaz de resultar em um maior número de informações confiáveis, preservando os direitos dos entrevistados. Neste artigo de revisão narrativa são apresentadas técnicas de entrevista investigativa e sua importância para a obtenção de informações confiáveis em oitivas e interrogatórios. Em seguida, apresenta-se um exemplo de como a entrevista investigativa foi implementada no Reino Unido, demonstrando como a aproximação entre pesquisadores e policiais pode auxiliar no processo de implementação e avaliação de treinamento.
