Nosotros, los docentes, también necesitamos conocer a nuestros alumnos para ponerles nombre. Observamos que la variedad en nuestros alumnos es cada vez mayor, encontramos más diversidad en su biología, su grado de privilegio, su posicionamiento hacia el aprendizaje y sus preferencias. Por ello, vemos necesario PARARNOS a conocerlos. Solo en ese momento, cuando los conocemos, podemos decidir qué hacer en nuestras aulas para que cada uno de ellos aprenda mejor, para que saque lo mejor de sí mismo.

We, the teachers, also need to know our students in order to name them.
