    Con el propósito de analizar la movilidad de los estudiantes universitarios del convento dominico de Santiago de Chile desde 1631 hasta 1734, este artículo examina por medio del estudio de las labores educativas y administrativas de los graduados, el desplaza miento del cuerpo estudiantil en el sur del Nuevo Mundo.
