    El presente artículo desarrolla y expone los beneficios del arbitraje virtual en el marco del comercio electrónico, proponiéndolo como el método útil y eficaz para obtener las soluciones a los problemas que surgen de las relaciones que se llevan a cabo en las compras vía on-line. Por ello, se analizó su rol y funcionamiento, a la vez que se hizo alusión a los retos que se presentan en la actualidad para su implementación en nuestro país.

    This article develops and exposes the benefits of virtual arbitration in the framework of electronic commerce, proposing it as the useful and effective method to obtain solutions to the problems that arise from the relationships that are carried out in online purchases. For this reason, its role and operation were analyzed, while allusion was made to the challenges that currently arise for its implementation in our country.
