  • Resumen
    • This contribution analyses, on the one hand, the importance of Hindu law in the context of globalisation and, on the other, the transformative impact of globalisation on Hindu law. From the former point of view, the contribution argues that Hindu law, as a transnational law, has been subject to a process of re-evaluation in studies on legal globalisation. From the latter perspective, the contribution highlights how the progressive formation of a global law does not replace but conditions the evolution of Hindu law in the contemporary world. In both regards, the contribution adopts a procedural approach that frames legal globalisation from the point of view of the increased interactions between different actors and regulatory orders
