En este artículo, realizamos un recorrido desde el siglo XVIII al momento presente, destacando a aquellas mujeres artistas que dedicaron su obra a la representación botánica. Mujeres que, a pesar de las dificultades, viajaron e investigaron plantas y especies dejando un gran legado. El objetivo es poner en valor su gran trabajo, realizado a pesar de las restricciones de cada época y analizar sus valiosas aportaciones en este campo.

In this article, we take a journey from the 18th century to the present moment, highlighting those women artists who dedicated their work to botanical representation. Women who, despite the difficulties, traveled and researched plants and species, leaving a great legacy. The objective is to highlight her great work, carried out despite the restrictions of each era, and to analyze her valuable contributions in this field.
