El Plan INVEAT prevé la incorporación al Sistema Nacional de Salud de más de 800 equipos de alta tecnología sanitaria hasta septiembre de 2023. El CSN afronta el desafío de realizar las correspondientes evaluaciones de seguridad de todas ellas. El análisis de la situación y de cómo actuar ante este reto servirá, además, para optimizar los procesos de licenciamiento de instalaciones radiactivas médicas de cara al futuro.

The INVEAT Plan contemplates the incorporation of more than 800 items of high-tech medical equipment in the National Health System by September 2023. The CSN has undertaken the challenge of performing the corresponding safety assessments for all this equipment. The analysis of the situation and of how to meet this challenge will also serve to optimise the process of licensing medicalradioactive facilities as we look to the future.
