  Se hace necesario un cambio de concepción de la disciplina, partiendo de la agudización de manifestaciones que devienen indisciplinas sociales, en todas las etapas del desarrollo humano. La mirada que de la disciplina se presenta en este trabajo se centra en la significación que alcanza la adecuación del comportamiento de los escolares a las exigencias de la actividad que se realice para el bien común, como objetivo asumido por ellos, con enfoque preventivo y de atención a la diversidad. La atención a la diversidad en la formación de la disciplina como valor social resulta un principio para el logro de los resultados esperados en este sentido, pues se deben tener en cuenta las características de las etapas del desarrollo en que se encuentre el escolar y cómo se manifiestan de modo singular en cada uno. Se presenta entonces la configuración del aludido proceso, que se concreta en una estrategia educativa para la formación del valor social disciplina a través de un proyecto escolar–comunitario que garantizan la orientación hacia los modos de comportamiento socialmente valiosos, en función de la adecuada convivencia en los diferentes contextos de desarrollo del escolar, a partir de acciones que fortalecen las relaciones de la  escuela y la comunidad.

  There is necessary a change in the conception of the discipline, starting of the manifestations that come with bad social behaviors, in all the stages of human development. The saith that discipline represents in this work and it focus too in the meaning that reach the good fit of actions in students giving answers to demandings of the on activities for the common good ,as objective assume for them, with preventive way and in the attention to diversity. The attention to diversity in the formation of discipline as social value it result a principle to achieve results in this way, because we need to have in count the characteristics in the development of the stages of the student and how those manifest in a singular way each one. It represents then the configuration of the well-known process, that is finish in one educative strategy for the formation of discipline social value through a community scholar project that give guarantee and direction to important social behaviors, in function of good relationships on the different contexts of scholar development, starting with actions that make more powerful the relationships between school and community.
