Arquitectura infraestructural habitacional para la tercera y la cuarta Revolución Industrial

    Dos teorías surgen como solución a un entorno ambiental en crisis y como propuestas ante la pronta escasez de recursos energéticos y materiales, estas son la Tercera Revolución Industrial y la Cuarta Revolución Industrial. Ambas tienen en común el devenir en estrategias avanzadas para el desarrollo de una sociedad cibernética distribuida en el planeta, que llevará implícitos los problemas de la superpoblación mundial y del control total de los sujetos, las cosas y las energías, a través de infraestructuras de información física y metafísica. Infraestructuras como verdaderos laberintos de pura interioridad que serán el nebuloso dominio desde el cual se deberá proyectar una arquitectura habitacional inevitablemente infraestructural. A partir de una lectura crítica sobre las teorías de la Tercera y la Cuarta Revolución Industrial se procede a una interpretación del contexto correspondiente al tema, con el objeto de proponer lineamientos proyectuales. De la práctica experimental con dichos lineamientos resultará una nueva propuesta para Buenos Aires, en tanto fundamento de un tercer género del proyecto que integra una nueva dimensión de lo urbano y el valor de la arquitectura como calificadora del hábitat.

    Two theories arise as a solution to an environmental environment in crisis and as proposals in the face of the early scarcity of energy and material resources; these are the Third Industrial Revolution and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The two have in common the development of advanced strategies for the development of a cyber society distributed on the planet, which will carry implicit the problems of global overpopulation and total control of subjects, things and energies, through physical and metaphysical information infrastructures. Infrastructures such as true labyrinths of pure interiority that will be the nebulous domain from which a housing architecture must be projected inevitably infrastructure. From a critical reading on the theories of the Third and Fourth Industrial Revolution, an interpretation of the context corresponding to the subject is carried out, in order to propose projectural guidelines. Experimental practice with these guidelines will be a new proposal for Buenos Aires as the foundation of a third genre of the project that integrates a new dimension of the urban and the value of architecture as a habitat qualifier.
