    Se define como "crono-espacio" a los diferentes tipos de espacios que pueden darse en los edificios híbridos en función de los tiempos de cambio y transformación de estos, y de la velocidad a la que se suele transitar por ellos. Se parte de la hipótesis inicial de la existencia de tres categorías crono-espaciales principales que pueden darse en los híbridos contemporáneos. Mediante el análisis de las "patentes universales de modernización" publicadas por Rem Koolhaas y aplicadas en parte de su propia obra, se pretende corroborar la hipótesis de la tipificación crono-espacial, evidenciar la importancia de la disposición de estos tipos respecto a la capacidad de adaptación al cambio y transformación de la arquitectura híbrida contemporánea y evidenciar las principales técnicas de proyecto en la obra de Koolhaas que permiten implementarlos.

    "Chrono-space" is defined as the different types of spaces that may be present in hybrid buildings depending on changing times and transformation of these, and the speed at which people usually walk through them. It starts from the initial hypothesis of the existence of three main chrono-spatial categories that may be present in contemporary hybrids. Through teh analysis of the "modernization universal patents" published by Rem Koolhaas and applied in part of his own work, it is intented to corroborate the hypothesis of the chrono-spatial typification, to show the importance of the arrangement of these types with in relation to the capacity for change and transformation of contemporary hybrid architecture and highlight the main project techniques in Koolhaas's work that allows to implement them.
