La cátedra integrada como estrategia didácticapermite a los estudiantes conocer su futuroprofesional, pues deberán investigar de maneraimplícita en diferentes proyectos que los ayudarána vincularse con la sociedad. En particular,el Enfoque por competencias ha reforzado lanecesidad del trabajo en equipo, por lo que losautores de este trabajo instan a la necesidad deesta estrategia para abrir espacios que fomentenel trabajo colectivo, de forma que dichoenfoque sea viable. El objetivo de este trabajoes valorar de los docentes en formación laimportancia, el nivel de satisfacción y los aportesde la experiencia de la cátedra integrada«Intervención de un fenómeno social, desde laintegración del conocimiento y la articulaciónde las áreas de Geografía e Historia de América,Matemática IV y Práctica Docente III, para eldesarrollo de competencias fundamentales enla formación docente».

The integrated chair as a didactic strategyallows students to know their professionalfuture, since they will have to investigateimplicitly in different projects that willhelp to link with society. In particular, thecompetency approach has reinforced theneed for teamwork, which is why the authorsof this work urge the need for this strategy toopen spaces that encourage collective work sothat such an approach is viable. The objectiveof this work is to assess the importance, thelevel of satisfaction and the contributionsof the experience of the integrated chair“Intervention of a social phenomenon, from theintegration of knowledge and the articulation ofthe areas of Geography and history of America,Mathematics IV and Teaching Practice III, forthe development of fundamental competencesin teacher training”.
