La investigación responde al llamado de laeducación superior en Cuba de formar estudiantesintegralmente, para enfrentar los retosactuales y futuros de la sociedad en que viven.El educador artístico contribuye desde su labora la formación integral de la personalidaden las instituciones educativas, al comunicaradecuadamente los contenidos socioculturalesy artísticos. Por lo que su formación debe dirigirsea fomentar el desarrollo de habilidadesdidácticas y pedagógicas. Con la investigaciónse proyecta alcanzar mayor efectividad en elproceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la carrera,mediante un sistema de acciones a travésde una concepción didáctica de educacióndanzaria, apoyada en métodos e instrumentosdesarrolladores, que permitan alcanzar el objetivopropuesto, de integrar conocimientos, paraeslabonar un sistema coherente y efectivo quecontribuya a cumplir con las expectativas delfuturo egresado y responder a las exigenciassociales.

The research responds to the call of HigherEducation in Cuba, to train students integrally,to face the current and future challenges of thesociety in which they live. The Artistic Educatorcontributes from his work to the integralformation of the personality in educationalinstitutions, by adequately communicatingthe sociocultural and artistic contents.Therefore, their training should be aimed atpromoting the development of didactic andpedagogical skills. With the research, it isprojected to achieve greater effectiveness inthe teaching-learning process in the career.Through the implementation of a system ofactions through a didactic conception of danceeducation, supported by developer methodsand instruments, which allow achieving theproposed objective, of integrating knowledge,to link a coherent and effective system, whichcontributes to meeting the expectations of thefuture, graduate and respond to social demands.
