    El estudio se desarrolla a partir de la colaboraciónentre el Departamento Internacionalde Mofet (Israel), el Departamento de PrimeraInfancia del Kaye Academic College of Education(Israel), instituciones de formación docenteen América Latina y el Instituto Superior deFormación Docente Salomé Ureña (ISFODOSU),República Dominicana. Los investigadoresinvolucrados representan a Argentina, Chile,República Dominicana, México, Perú, Colombiae Israel. Esta comunicación se desprende de unmacroproyecto de investigación titulado «Laimportancia del diálogo significativo y auténticoen los diferentes niveles educativos». Sus objetivosincluyen describir y caracterizar el diálogoentre docentes y estudiantes, para lo cual hemos elaborado una herramienta de recolección dedatos inédita, colaborativa y multicultural queluego nos permitirá diseñar un programa decapacitación tanto para docentes en formacióncomo en servicio. En este congreso se pretendecompartir cómo se conformó nuestro equipointerdisciplinario de investigación a mediadosdel año 2020 en contexto de pandemia y confinamiento,como también los pasos y avancesque hemos conseguido como grupo académicohasta el momento.

    The study is a collaboration between theInternational Department of Mofet (Israel),the Early Childhood Department of the KayeAcademic College of Education (Israel),teacher training institutions in Latin Americaand the Salomé Ureña Teacher TrainingInstitute (ISFODOSU), Dominican Republic.The researchers involved represent Argentina,Chile, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru,Colombia and Israel. Our research topicis “The importance of meaningful andauthentic dialogue at different educationallevels”. Its objectives include describing andcharacterizing the dialogue between teachersand students for which we have developed anunpublished, collaborative and multicultural data collection tool that will then allow us todesign a training program for both pre-serviceand in-service teachers. This conference aimsto share how our interdisciplinary researchteam was formed in mid-2020 in the context ofpandemic and confinement as well as the stepsand progress we have achieved as an academicgroup so far.
