Panorama da produção científica acerca da inserção e participação feminina no futebol brasileiro pós-revogação do decreto-lei nº 3.199/1941

    Introduction: The sports practice of women's football has been widespread in contemporary society, bringing several reflections on the paradigms that permeate this modality, especially regarding its insertion and visibility in the media. Objective: Analyze the panorama of scientific production about the insertion of women's football and its representation by the press, after the repeal of Decree-Law 3,199. Materials and Methods: This is a qualitative, exploratory study, through bibliographical research carried out with scientific articles, available in the Scielo, Medline, Pubmed and Academic Google databases in the period corresponding to the post Decree-Law 3199 between the years of 1979 until the 2019 World Cup. The descriptors applied were: women's soccer, soccer, women in sport, Decree-Law 3199. In English: women’sfootball, football, women in sport, Decrere-law. After selecting the material, the first superficial reading was carried out to confirm whether the material suited the proposed objective. Then, a deeper reading was made in order to identify the presence of the practice of women's football, characteristics of its invisibility and how the press represents women in Brazilian football. Finally, an analytical reading in order to order and summarize the information in order to respond to the problem proposed in the study. Results: 12 articles were selected, mostly indexed in the Scielo platform. Conclusion: The insertion of women in the communication media and football field proved to be small compared to men, being linked to the lack of promotion, sponsorship and propagation in Brazilian's and world's sports scene.

    Introdução: A prática esportiva do futebol feminino vem sendo difundida na sociedade contemporânea, trazendo diversas reflexões acerca dos paradigmas que permeiam tal modalidade, principalmente no tocante à inserção e visibilidade desta nas mídias comunicativas. Objetivo: Analisar o panorama de produção científica acerca da inserção do futebol feminino e sua representação pela imprensa, pós-revogação do Decreto-Lei 3.199. Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo de caráter exploratório, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica realizada com artigos científicos, disponíveis nas bases de dados Scielo, Medline, Pubmed e Google Acadêmico no período correspondente a pós-revogação do Decreto-Lei 3.199 compreendido entre os anos de 1979 até a Copa do Mundo de 2019. Os descritores aplicados foram: futebol feminino, futebol, mulheres no esporte, Decreto-Lei 3.199. Em inglês: women’sfootball, football, women in sport, Decrere-law. Após a seleção do material, foi realizada a primeira leitura superficial para confirmar se o material se adequava ao objetivo proposto. Em seguida, uma leitura mais aprofundada a fim de identificar a presença da prática do futebol feminino, características de sua invisibilidade e como a imprensa representa as mulheres no futebol brasileiro. Por fim, uma leitura analítica a fim de ordenar e sumariar as informações visando responder ao problema proposto no estudo. Resultados: 12 artigos foram selecionados, estando estes em sua maioria indexados na plataforma Scielo. Conclusão: A inserção da mulher nas mídias de comunicação e esfera futebolística mostrou-se pequena se comparada ao homem, estando atrelada a falta de fomentos, patrocínios e propagação no cenário esportivo brasileiro e mundial.
