Resumen de Sociedad civil y sensibilidad de género en el contexto de los derechos humanos

  En este ensayo se ha reflexionado en torno al papel de la sociedad civil en la defensa y protección de los derechos humanos con breve énfasis en la sensibilidad género y su defensa en el contexto internacional. Se realizó desde una metodología documental con enfoque fenomenológico en los principales teóricos: Arato y Cohen (1994), Jan Aart Scholte, (2001), Vieira y DuPree (2004 Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), entre otros., Se concluye que la sociedad civil y el movimiento de derechos humanos deberían abocarse a fortalecer y profundizar la validación de normas que lleven a la creación de una lógica de respeto a los mismos.

  This essay has reflected on the role of civil society in the defense and protection of human rights with a brief emphasis on gender awareness and its defense in the international context. It was carried out from a documentary methodology with a phenomenological approach in the main theorists: Arato and Cohen (1994), Jan Aart Scholte, (2001), Vieira and DuPree (2004 United Nations Organization (UN), among others. It is concluded that civil society and the human rights movement should focus on strengthening and deepening the validation of standards that lead to the creation of a logic of respect for them.
