Resumen de Urbanización, industrialización y regiones

El presente trabajo se aboca a analizar algunas relaciones que pueden establecerse entre los procesos de urbanización y de industrialización y la evolución del sistema regional argentino, haciendo particular énfasis en lo acaecido en las últimas dos décadas. En esta etapa, parece haberse producido un punto de inflexión en la dirección del desarrollo mercado-internista, limitado severamente por el cariz transnacionalizador de la economía internacional. La apertura de la economía y la virulenta redistribución regresiva del ingreso, expresadas como tendencias, lo condenaron al ocaso, removiéndole sus bases de sustentación. El carácter desindustrializador de esta etapa repercute y repercutirá, seguramente, en la dinámica regional y urbana del país. Esto se desprende del análisis de los últimos tres censos que arroja la aparente contradicción entre el incremento relativo de la población de las regiones extrapampeanas o periféricas y la decadencia de sus economías.

The present work pretends to analize some relations that may be established among the processes of urbanization (sic), manufacturing and evolution of the argentine regional sistem, making a special study about the last twenty years.
During this period, it has been produced a great change about the development of the intern-marketing, limited seriously by the transnational semblance of the international economy.
The opening of the economy and the virulent regresive redistribution of the salaries, expresed as tendences, destroyed the model, removing its bases of sustentation.
The ‘no-manufacturating ́ character of this period has been manifiested and it will be manifiesting, in the regional and urban dinamic of the country. This situation is detected in the last three census, wich can show a contradiction between the relative increment of the population of the ́extrapampeanas ́regions or peripheric ones and the decadence of its economies.
