    • Micropropagation in vitro has played an important role to achieve this breakthrough, the first studies were conducted by Knud-son in 1922 and Morel in the year 1856. Made Micropropagation was 3 rinses with sterile water, immersion in alcohol for one second from mature closed capsule, which I desinfecto with sodium hypochlorite at 1%, and flamed with the lighter, after 30 days are they formed protocormos. Transferred 3 times on MS medium, when the seedlings reach a size of 3-5 cm were accli-mated to using a substrate of White Moss in a greenhouse.
