Rol del trabajador social con los dirigentes comunitarios de las organizaciones del seguro social campesino

    El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar el Rol del Trabajador Social con los dirigentes comunitarios de las organizaciones del Seguro Social Campesino: Pachinche y El Cady-Cantón Portoviejo - 2019. En el proceso se utilizó la investigación de tipo descriptivo - exploratorio con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, apoyado en métodos: inductivo – deductivo, bibliográfico-documental, como técnicas se realizaron la observación y entrevistas dirigidas a 38 dirigentes comunitarios que integran las organizaciones, que representa el 100% de la muestra total. Este resultado evidenció la participación del Trabajador Social con ellos, como un ente de cambio social el mismo que ha aportado en el desarrollo comunitario de las organizaciones, por cuanto consideran importante su participación como parte fundamental para el bienestar de las organizaciones y por ende para mejorar la calidad de vida de la población.

    The objective of this study was to identify the Role of the Social Worker with the community leaders of the Campesino Social Security organizations: Pachinche and El Cady-Cantón Portoviejo - 2019. In the process, descriptive-exploratory research will be identified with a qualitative approach. Quantitative, supported by methods: inductive - deductive, bibliographic-documentary, as techniques are cited observation and interviews addressed to 38 community leaders who make up the organizations, which represents 100% of the total sample. This result shows the participation of the Social Worker with them, as an entity of social change that has contributed to the community development of organizations, at least importantly important their participation as a fundamental part for the welfare of organizations and therefore for improve the quality of life of the population.
