El tratamiento legal aragonés de las relaciones interadministrativas es plenamente coherente con el Estatuto de Autonomía y con la legislación estatal básica, y aporta valor al precisar detalles técnicos en lo tocante a los convenios interadministrativos, aprovechando la experiencia de la ley de convenios de 2011. En cuanto a los órganos de cooperación, solo la Comisión Bilateral Aragón-Estado cuenta con una regulación exhaustiva, en línea con su nivel de actividad.

The aragonese legislation on interadministrative relations is fully consistent with the Statute of Autonomy and with the basic State Law. This legislation adds value because it provides for details on the functioning of administrative agreements, benefiting from the experience of the former Law on Agreements of 2011. With regard to the Cooperation Bodies, only the Bilateral Commission is fully regulated, in line with its current level of activity.
