  El objetivo general del presente artículo fue realizar un análisis socio-jurídico sobre la institución penal imputación objetiva y dominio de hecho con el objeto de medir su eficiencia y eficacia. La investigación es tipo analítica, con enfoque cualitativo, el método utilizado es el hermenéutico jurídico, los resultados obtenidos se lograron gracias a técnica de triangulación de la información obtenida de los textos legales y las entrevistas a profundidad realizadas a los informantes clave. Como principal resultado se concluyó que la imputación objetiva es el punto de partida del proceso penal, ya que, los hechos criminales presuntamente cometidos y atribuidos a través de la formulación de cargos genera todo el andamiaje investigativo por parte del titular de la acción penal

  The general objective of this article was to carry out a Socio-Legal Analysis of the criminal institution, objective imputation, and factual control in order to measure its efficiency and effectiveness. The research is analytical, with a qualitative approach, the method used is the legal hermeneutic, the results obtained were achieved thanks to the triangulation technique of the information obtained from the legal texts, and the in-depth interviews carried out with the key informants. As the main result, it was concluded that the objective imputation is the starting point of the criminal process since the criminal acts allegedly committed and attributed through the formulation of charges generate all the investigative scaffolding by the holder of the criminal activity
