    Este articulo pretende analizar la relación de la justicia transicional y la participación ciudadana hacia la consecución de una verdadera justicia con verdad, reparación y garantías de no repetición. El artículo se desarrolla en tres capítulos: una primera parte analiza los aspectos relevante de la justicia transicional en el plano internacional (Responsabilidad y obligaciones estales); una segunda parte estudia la importancia del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y No Repetición, viendo aspectos como su implementación en Colombia (novedades de la justicia restaurativa orientadas a mejor el sistema); por último, se lanza una mirada a las garantías de no repetición que se enmarcan en los escenarios de participación ciudadana y la veeduría desarrollado en el marco del acuerdo paz y postconflicto. Se concluye con unas reflexiones frente a la justicia transicional y la participación ciudadana indicando que, aun cuando las víctimas han de ser el centro de la justicia, existen pocas garantías para el ejercicio de los escenarios de participación creados por ley. Este artículo se realiza bajo un método analítico-sistemático donde se revisan fuentes bibliográficos y documentales que permiten dar al lector un panorama más claro sobre el tema.

    This article aims to analyze the relationship between transitional justice and citizen participation towards achieving true justice with truth, reparation and guarantees of non-repetition. The article is developed in three chapters: a first part analyzes the relevant aspects of transitional justice at the international level (State responsibility and obligations); a second part studies the importance of the Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition, looking at aspects such as its implementation in Colombia (novelties in restorative justice aimed at improving the system); Finally, a look is taken at the guarantees of non-repetition that are framed in the scenarios of citizen participation and the oversight developed within the framework of the peace and post-conflict agreement. It concludes with some reflections on transitional justice and citizen participation indicating that, even when the victims must be the center of justice, there are few guarantees for the exercise of participation scenarios created by law. This article is carried out under an analytical-systematic method where bibliographic and documentary sources are reviewed that allow the reader to have a clearer picture of the subject.
