Resumen de Sistema computacional para validar el cuidado ambiental suscrito en un contrato minero

  El presente proyecto brindará un mecanismo tanto al titular minero como a la ANM (Agencia nacional minera) para almacenar un registro fotográfico, el cual permitirá establecer de manera clara el “antes, durante y después” del estado del título minero en cuanto al estado de la superficie otorgada al titular minero, y a través de la toma de variables ambientales con los respectivos sensores, validar el estado de deforestación, calidad del agua, aire, etc.

  Una vez se cuente con el registro fotográfico las autoridades tanto mineras como ambientales, tendrán los elementos suficientes para tomar decisiones de tipo administrativo y sancionatorio del caso particular.

  El presente proyecto investigativo buscará la adecuación de un dron, que facilitará la vigilancia sobre el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y ambientales, dicho prototipo tendrá como fin el cuidado del medio ambiente, mediante la vigilancia al proceso minero en Colombia en todas sus etapas, evidenciando de manera temprana posibles daños ambientales, así como la afectación a los ecosistemas y la deforestación por el proceso minero, mediante la recolección de información confiable y oportuna.

  This project will provide a mechanism for both the mining title holder and the ANM (National Mining Agency) to store a photographic record, which will allow to clearly establish the "before, during and after" the status of the mining title in terms of the status of the surface granted to the mining licensee, and through the taking of environmental variables with the respective sensors, validate the state of deforestation, water quality, air, etc.

  Once the photographic record is in place, both the mining and environmental authorities will have sufficient elements to make administrative and sanctioning decisions in the particular case.

  This research project will seek the adaptation of a drone, which will facilitate monitoring of compliance with legal and environmental requirements, said prototype will aim to care for the environment, by monitoring the mining process in Colombia in all its stages, evidencing early possible environmental damage, as well as the impact on ecosystems and deforestation by the mining process, through the collection of reliable and timely information.
