    En tiempos actuales de Pandemia por Covid-19, ha originado grandes desafíos para la Educación en general, en efecto respetando el confinamiento para salvaguardar vidas, es que se vieron obligadas a adaptarse a la virtualidad, evitando así que se pierda el año académico, asimismo, la Gestión Educativa sirve para medir los avances en el campo, siendo los estudios superiores los convocados a realizar aportes importantes para el desarrollo del país. En estas circunstancias se realiza una revisión de la gestión educativa como principal dificultad que enfrentan para conseguir altos estándares de calidad requeridos por la SUNEDU, aun cuando, se han integrado en procesos virtuales preocupados por la situación actual en el mundo, adaptándose a diversas plataformas digitales hay dificultades detectadas. Para este artículo de revisión sistemática, se conto con investigaciones cuya metodología es cuantitativa, cualitativa o mixta, y con criterios seguros de inclusión, donde se describe el estado del arte de la Gestión Educativa en universidades privadas y los retos reales que ha ocasionado el ajuste a lo virtual.
