Resumen de Proyecto: aulas con arte e historia

En el siguiente artículo se plasma la convergencia entre la escuela y los museos, para llevar a cabo la llamada didáctica del patrimonio, apreciando las sociedades del pasado y su legado cultural, en un contexto de educación en valores. Los museos han evolucionado en su parte comunicativa y educativa convirtiéndose en un recurso didáctico muy enriquecedor para el desarrollo de las competencias clave dentro del currículo escolar. El equipo docente del primer ciclo de primaria del CEIP Ntra. Sra. Del Carmen (Torre de la Reina. Sevilla), quisimos poner en marcha un proyecto interdisciplinar donde se muestran todas las posibilidades del binomio, escuela-museo. El escenario de desarrollo es el del Antiguo Egipto, habida cuenta que este año se conmemora el centenario de uno de los descubrimientos arqueológicos más extraordinarios de la humanidad, la tumba del faraón Tutankamón (1902-2022). Estos argumentos ofrecen una excelente oportunidad para motivar y acercar a los alumnos al estudio y aprendizaje de la civilización egipcia, y el valor de la interculturalidad.
Esta propuesta didáctica, es una forma de apostar por los museos y por su papel educativo, arrastrado quizás por estos tiempos de pandemia, para abrir una nueva mirada apreciativa, más allá de los visitantes eruditos. Comprometidos por crear ámbitos más instructivos y divertidos, entre ellos el escolar, donde no sólo presentan su patrimonio y colecciones artísticas, sino que lo hacen más comprensible. Sin duda, las instituciones museísticas son espacios de cultura y aprendizaje que, complementan la enseñanza reglada, siendo un recurso interdisciplinar nada despreciable. La fortaleza de los museos radica en que su esencia principal es, exponer la expresión humana, en todas sus manifestaciones, a lo largo de la historia, y la conectividad con la creatividad innata de las etapas más precoces, debe ser algo muy interesante de potenciar.

In the following article, it is situated in this new line of action and transformation of museums, where the communicative and educational part are turning them into a very enriching didactic resource for the development of key competences within the curriculum. Teaching team of the first cycle of primary school of the CEIP Ntra. Sra. del Carmen (Torre de la Reina. Seville), wanted to launch an interdisciplinary project where all the possibilities of the school-museum binomial would be shown. The development scenario is Egypt, given that this year marks the centenary of the most extraordinary archaeological discovery of humanity, such as the tomb of the pharaon Tutankhamun (1902-2022). Therefore, all these arguments on the table offered an excellent opportunity to motivate and bring our students closer to the study and learning of Egyptian civilization, and the value of interculturality, through the institution of museums, as places conservation and cultural diffusion.
This didactic proposal is a way of betting on art galleries and their new educational role, perhaps dragged by these times of pandemic, to open a new appreciative gaze, beyond scholarly visitors. Committed to creating more instructive and fun environments, among them the school, where they not only present their heritage and artistic collections, but also make it more understandable. Undoubtedly, art galleries are spaces for culture and learning that complement regulated education, being a not insignificant interdisciplinary resource. The strength of museums lies in the fact that their main essence is to expose human expression, in all its manifestations, throughout history, and connectivity with the innate creativity of the earliest stages, must be something very interesting to promote.
