La presencia de los niños y niñas en los procesos de mediación familiar es un tópico de gran relevancia en la gestión colaborativa de los confl ictos que les atañen, debiendo avanzarse en las formas de participación, rol y acciones que deben efectuar los niños y adolescentes, la familia, los padres y el Estado, dando así cumplimiento a los preceptos que ha suscrito el Estado chileno al suscribir la Convención de los Derechos del Niño.
The presence of children in the family mediation process is a topic of great importance in the collaborative management of conflicts that aff ect them, and shall forward on the forms of participation, role and actions that must meet children and adolescents, family, parents and the state, thus complying with the rules that have signed the Chilean state to sign the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
