Employability of young graduates is one among top goals of the European Union. As today’s graduates are expected to work in informationdemanding environments, information literacy should play much more important role in linking educational, academic, and economic sectors. Improved communication requires better understanding of the discourse in the employability arena. The results of a bibliometric analysis of scientific discourse of graduate employability domain conducted from the perspective of IL is a valuable starting point for all information professionals interested in appropriate topics on a youth employment agenda.
