En el presente artículo se analiza y expone la formación de un hombre omnilateral como respuesta ética, epistemológica, ontológica, antropológica e incluso económica, ante la parcelación del conocimiento, la visión fragmentada de la realidad y del hombre mismo. Metodológicamente se delimitó el objeto de reflexión, se diseñó el esquema de investigación, se determinaron y analizaron las fuentes de información y se redactó el artículo. Se hace uso de las principales categorías del corpus teórico marxista para estudiar la importancia del papel político de la institución escolar como aparato de constitución de consciencia y se entreteje la alternativa de un hombre de formación integral desde sus dimensiones física, intelectual y politécnica a partir de escuelas técnicas mediante el vínculo entre la enseñanza y el trabajo en su sentido liberador.

This article analyzes and exposes the formation of an omnilateral man as an ethical, epistemological, ontological, anthropological and even economic response, in the face of the division of knowledge, the fragmented vision of reality and of man himself.
Methodologically, the object of reflection was defined, the research scheme was designed, the sources of information were determined and analyzed, and the article was written. The main categories of the Marxist theoretical corpus are used to study the importance of the political role of the school institution as an apparatus for the constitution of consciousness and the alternative of a man with an integral formation is woven from its physical, intellectual and polytechnic dimensions from technical schools through the link between teaching and work in its liberating sense.
