Resumen de El proceso educativo estatal las pruebas “ser bachiller”

  Las pruebas “Ser Bachiller” responde a la política de estado de evaluación y mejoramiento de la educación en el Ecuador, y son instrumentos evaluativos que exploran habilidades, actitudes y destrezas necesarias para el desenvolvimiento exitoso en los estudios de educación superior, cuyos resultados han permitido la categorización social de las unidades educativas a nivel nacional; en este contexto se observa que las instituciones educativas fiscales de la Provincia Bolívar, en especial las del Cantón Guaranda, en Ecuador, no se encuentran dentro de los lugares de este reconocimiento social, lo que implica que el proceso educativo no cumple los estándares de calidad educativa requeridos por el Estado, a través de sus órganos competentes. Sobre esta premisa se ha determinado que el objetivo de este estudio es caracterizar al proceso educativo estatal que responde a políticas de estado con procedimientos de enseñanza estandarizados y su relación en las pruebas “Ser Bachiller”, determinando las particularidades de este proceso para promover la interacción social educativa y garantizar su desarrollo en el marco de una comunidad educativa a nivel cantonal. La unidad de análisis seleccionada es el proceso educativo como hecho socioeducativo de estudio y la unidad de observación es un estudiante seleccionado por cada asignatura del plan de estudios en cada institución fiscal del tercer año de Bachillerato, evaluándolos a través de los resultados recogidos en una ficha de observación científica no participante y estructurada de escala nominal, utilizando el método Kuder-Richardson (KR-20), que brinda un resultado entre 0,82 y 0,89; así como también calculando el coeficiente Alfa de Crombach, obteniendo un nivel de confianza del 95%. Los resultados evidencian que el proceso educativo fiscal ejecutado a través del “cuaderno de materia”, influye sobre el puntaje obtenido en las pruebas “Ser Bachiller”.

  The tests "Be Bachiller" responds to the state policy of evaluation and improvement of education in Ecuador, and are evaluative instruments that explore skills, attitudes and skills necessary for the successful development in higher education studies, whose results have allowed the social categorization of educational units at the national level; in this context it is observed that the fiscal education institutions of the Bolivar Province, especially those of the Guaranda Canton, in Ecuador, are not within the places of this social recognition, which implies that the educational process does not meet the quality standards education required by the State, through its competent bodies. On this premise it has been determined that the objective of this study is to characterize the state educational process that responds to state policies with standardized teaching procedures and their relationship in the "Be Bachiller" tests, determining the particularities of this process to promote interaction education and guarantee its development within the framework of an educational community at the cantonal level. The unit of analysis selected is the educational process as a socio-educational fact of study and the observation unit is a student selected for each subject of the curriculum in each fiscal institution of the third year of Bachillerato, evaluating them through the results collected in a file. of non-participant and structured scientific observation of nominal scale, using the Kuder-Richardson method (KR-20), which gives a result between 0.82 and 0.89; as well as calculating the Crombach's Alpha coefficient, obtaining a confidence level of 95%. The results show that the fiscal education process executed through the "subject notebook" influences the score obtained in the "Be Bachiller" tests.
