Resumen de La mitología estadounidense, sus consecuencias en la política internacional y la forma de neutralizar a sus críticos

En el presente artículo se analiza, partiendo partiendo de un acercamiento a los mitos que fundamentan el nacimiento de Estados Unidos como nación, los cuales se han mantenido casi intactos hasta la fecha, la estructura ideológica interna e internacional que ha permitido que este país se mantenga como un Estado sólido en lo interno y como un potencia mundial en lo externo. La adecuada manipulación del concepto de "seguridad", aunada un buen estructurado sistema interno de control social, ha favorecido siempre los intereses de la aristocracia dirigente estadounidense, al justificar en todo momento las acciones violentas de este país en contra de sus "enemigos". Frente a esto, se hace manifiesta la presencia de una considerable cantidad de críticos internos que atacan, de una manera continua y sistemática, este accionar por parte de la élite gobernante de Estados Unidos. Sin embargo, la respuesta del gobierno estadounidense a este fenómeno es el monitoreo y el control de los críticos mediante las agencias de inteligencia y espionaje, así como por el Departamento de Seguridad Interna, creado por George W. Bush en el 2002.

The article analyzes, starting from an approach to the founding myths of the United States as a nation, the ideological structure that allows this country to maintain itself as a strong State and its status of world power as well. The proper manipulation of the concept of "security", united to a well structured internal system of social control, supports the interest of the United States leader aristocracy by justifying at every time the violent actions of this country against to its so called "enemies". Opposite to this situation, it is well known the existence of the inner and external critics of the United States, who systematically and continously attack the actions of this country's governing elite. Nevertheless, the response of the government of the United States to this phenomenon has been the supervision and control of the inner critics through the intelligence espionage agencies, and as well as through the Department of Homeland Security, created byGeorge W.Bush in 2002.
