    El estudio de la renuncia se tiende a centrar en su configuración como un negocio jurídico unilateral. Pero, previo a este aspecto dinámico, deberá delimitarse aquél que se refiere a la facultad de renunciar, cuestión que nos lleva a analizar la figura en clave objetiva. De tal suerte, revisando la tipología general de los derechos prevista en el Código Civil, es posible apreciar los diferentes obstáculos técnicos que cada uno de tales los supuestos plantea y que deben ser resueltos antes de determinar los efectos que esta expresión de voluntad conlleva.

    The study of the waiver of rights tends to focus on its configuration as a unilateral legal act. But, prior to this dynamic aspect, the one referring to the power to waive must be delimited, an issue that leads us to objectively analyze the figure. Reviewing the general typology of the rights provided for in the Civil Code, it is possible to appreciate the different technical obstacles that each of these assumptions poses and that must be solved before determining the effects that this expression of will entails.
