  AFIN (Actividad Física Inclusiva y Normalizada) vertebra las acciones de un proyecto de educación física para secundaria y bachillerato basadas en el deporte adaptado, en la vivencia de discapacidad simulada y en la práctica conjunta de actividad física con personas con diversidad funcional. Con él pretendemos desarrollar la empatía en el alumnado y proveer de vivencias, experiencias y reflexiones que le acompañen en su futuro. Dotarles de sensibilidad hacia las personas con capacidades diferentes, al tiempo que normalizan esta convivencia resolviendo retos que garanticen la inclusión de tod@s.

  AFIN (Standing for Normalized and Inclusive Physical Activity) is the backbone that articulates the program of a physical education project for middle and high school students that aims at increasing their awareness of life with a disability. It is based on adapted sports, a subjective experience of simulated disability, and the practice of physical activity together with individuals actually subject to functional diversity. The aim of this program is to develop the empathy of students, providing them with experiences, reflections and lessons that will accompany them in their future life. By becoming exposed towards others with different abilities, students will normalize that «reality» and therefore be more willing to address the challenges that guarantee everyone’s inclusion.
