Resumen de Educar en tiempos de duelo: reflexiones sobre docencia y pandemia

La actual crisis sanitaria ha significado un importante reto para los docentes, no sólo porque tuvieron que adaptar su práctica a la virtualidad, sino también porque se vieron obligados a enfrentar ciertos procesos personales. Algunos de éstos fueron importantes duelos que deben reconocerse y ser atendidos al interior de las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) para garantizar tanto un retorno adecuado a la vida presencial y procurar experiencias valiosas, trascendentes y constructoras de nuevos saberes y escenarios educativos. El objetivo del presente trabajo es visibilizar la experiencia docente durante la pandemia en los aspectos profesional y personal, así como los retos que ésta ha supuesto en el desarrollo de la profesión y en la vida cotidiana. Tales reflexiones son resultado de los cursos de carácter tanatológico con el tema del duelo en la docencia, impartidos en diversas instituciones educativas de nivel superior durante el año 2021.

The current health crisis has represented an important challenge for professors, not only because they had to adapt their practice to virtuality, at the same time they were forced to face certain personal processes. Some of these were important grievances that must be recognized and addressed within Higher Education Institutions (hei) to ensure both an adequate return to face-to-face life and valuable, transcendent experiences that constructive new knowledge and educational scenarios.The objective of this paper is to make visible the teaching experience during the pandemic, in the professional and personal aspects, as well as to make visible the challenges that this has meant in the development of the profession and day-to-day life. These reflections are the result of the thanatological courses about grief in teaching, taught in various higher-level education institutions during 2021.
