La nueva configuración social en relación con los fenómenos de globalización, economía, medios de comunicación y tecnología están constantemente modificando y generando nuevas identidades sociales en Venezuela. Su naturaleza histórica, política y socio-cultural insiste en una constante deconstrucción y construcción de su identidad educativa, más ahora en esta pandemia mundial de COVID-19, es conveniente un docente con rasgos resilientes. Este artículo documental esboza un acercamiento teórico al constructo de identidad resiliente docente a fin de develar nuevas perspectivas teóricas que desarrollen competencias de eficacia personal y académica hacia una vida sana y un ambiente de enseñanza aprendizaje favorable para todos.

The current social configuration in relation to the phenomena of globalization, economy, media, and technology are constantly changing and generating new social identities in Venezuela. Its historical, political and socio-cultural nature insists on a constant deconstruction and construction of its educational identit; more so now in this global Covid-19 pandemic, a teacher with resilient traits is convenient. This documentary article outlines a theoretical approach to the construct of resilient teacher identity in order to reveal new theoretical perspectives that develop personal and academic efficacy skills towards a healthy life and a favorable teaching-learning environment for all.
