Resumen de Brazil: Short commentaries on the can-spam ACT
President Bush signed (on December 16th, 2003) a bill that will prohibit unsolicited commercial e-mails. Called CAN-SPAM Act (an abbreviation for Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act), the statute was passed in both houses of American Congress by a large number of votes in its favor.
